Boys Lacrosse moved to 1-1 in EIL play (2-3 overall) with a 10-4 win over Concord Academy on Wednesday. The Warriors were led by Luke Munro ’27 (four goals), Dillon Fitzgibbon ’28 (four goals), Andy Kelly ’26 (one goal), and Hilario López Castro ’27 (one goal). The Warriors host Chapel Hill-Cauncy Hall at 6:30pm Friday at Godley Field.
Girls Lacrosse fell to 0-3 on the season with a home loss to Portsmouth Abbey on Wednesday despite five combined goals from Avery Flaherty ‘31 and Violet Abedon-Pollock ‘27. The team looks to recover on Friday when they host Newton Country Day at 4:30pm as part of a Friday Night Lights double-header with the boys team.
Girls Tennis dropped a heartbreaker 3-2 to Marianapolis, which drops the Warriors to 1-4 (1-2 in EIL) on the season. The squad hosts EIL rival Pingree on Saturday at Wheeler Farm.
Boys Tennis knocked off Mt. St. Charles (5-4) on Tuesday and then took no time off before taking down Marianapolis 7-2 on Wednesday afternoon. The Warriors are now 3-3 (1-1 in EIL play) and host Pingree on Saturday. The team will celebrate their seniors in the matinee match.
Baseball fell to 2-4 on the season with a 14-4 loss to Beaver Country Day on Wednesday afternoon. On Monday, the Warriors battled Mount St. Charles to a 10-8 loss. The team was led by Xavier Bain ’27, who had two hits and an RBI, and Theo Carman ’28, who had a hit and two RBI’s. The Warriors host the defending EIL Champion, Pingree, on Saturday at O’Hara Family Field.
Track and Field is off this week from competition and will return to action next week with two meets. The first is on Wednesday at the Portsmouth Abbey Invitational, and the second is at the Marianapolis Invitational on Saturday.
Sailing heads to Newport on Friday for the third week of the Friday Night Lights Sailing series.
